In 1983, Stewart Copeland created the musical score for Rumble Fish based on the novel by S.E. Hinton a film directed and produced by Francis Ford Coppola. The theme from the film received considerable airplay on its release. He also composed the theme tune for the criminally underrated “Dead Like Me” a series that deserved a minimum of at least two more seasons (especially to explain the last ten seconds of the last season!!)
